TERMS AND CONDITIONS Vacations For Veterans, LLC, is committed to the maintenance of your privacy, and will not disclose any information collected at this site, except for that information which has been expressly released by veterans and vacation homeowners for media purposes. Vacations For Veterans, LLC, will not make available over the World Wide Web your name, street address, phone number or email address. Pertinent contact information will only be released to parties involved in the vacation transaction, and are to be kept private by both parties involved. Vacations For Veterans, LLC is a nonprofit organization that operates for the benefit of wounded veterans of the United States Armed Forces. As such, all participants in the Vacations For Veterans service agree to hold Vacations For Veterans, LLC and its’ officers, members, volunteers and affiliates not liable for any aspect or outcome of the arrangement. If a dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure. If they do not reach such solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or differences shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with the provisions of its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Acceptance of these terms and conditions as herein set forth, is considered to be an acceptance by all donors and participants as consent to submit any and all disputes to the jurisdiction of Fairfax County, Virginia, United States of America, and that said agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America.
